Salinas

Salinas Beach is one of the most important surf spots in the Cantabrian cost, thanks to the regularity of its waves and the beach’s area. Salinas Beach is not really one, but two different beaches. The bay’s name is Salinas, but also San Juan depending in which corner of it you are located.

Many local surfers, such as Lucas Garcia or Coco Carril have turned into high-level surfers well known in Europe. Salinas has become a breeding ground for future generations of young surfers. In addition to the number of “locals”, there are many Cantabrian and European surfers that have chosen Salinas as their favourite surf spot.
